Shipping Methods

Fluidmaster offers two delivery options via FedEx.

The default selection is Standard shipping (either SmartPost or Ground dependent on order package size), which typically deliver in 5-7 business days upon shipment, and costs between $4.50 up to $13.50 per order (dependent on order size). Exact shipping charges will display at checkout. Orders over $40.00 qualify for Free Standard Shipping, select Standard during checkout.

The secondary selection is Express shipping, which typically deliver in 2-4 business days upon shipment, and costs between $9.50 up to $30.00 depending on order/package size. Exact shipping charges will display at checkout.

Orders placed for multiple items, or repair parts and e-bidets may have varying shipping costs. Exact shipping charges will display at checkout.

All Electronic Bidets will be sent with free Standard Ground shipping unless the customer chooses to pay for Express shipping.

NOTE: All shipping charges can be seen at checkout prior to placing your order. All Fluidmaster orders will receive FedEx tracking details upon order shipment.

Where can Fluidmaster ship?

Fluidmaster currently ships to the contiguous 48 states, as well as Hawaii/Alaska. Both residential addresses and business addresses are acceptable. Unfortunately, at this time Fluidmaster cannot ship orders Internationally, to PO Boxes, to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO Boxes), or to US Territories/Minor Outlying Islands (UM).

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, please enter a physical address. We are unable to ship Bleach products to Hawaii, or Alaska at this time.

When can I expect my order?

Fluidmaster makes every attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible. Fluidmaster orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Upon order completion, customers will receive an Order Number via the Order Confirmation Page, as well as an Order Confirmation email with FedEx tracking details, where you can track the estimated delivery of your order. Order deliveries are dependent on shipping method type. Please reference Shipping Methods for delivery windows.

Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the time sensitivity of our order process, Fluidmaster cannot make changes or updates to orders at this time. For immediate Cancellations please contact our Consumer / Technical Services team and your cancellation request will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis when possible. Orders which have been shipped or delivered can be returned via our Returns Policy, products returned must be in unopened condition to qualify for a return along with proof of purchase. What happens if my order arrived damaged, or fails to arrive?

Returns

Return Policy:

Fluidmaster offers a standard 60-day return policy for items in new, unopened package condition only (Excluding E-bidet Products. See below for E-Bidet Return Policy Details). Due to the sanitary nature of our products, Fluidmaster cannot accept any returns on opened or used products. Orders which have been shipped or delivered can be returned via our Returns Policy, products returned must be in unopened condition to qualify for a return along with proof of purchase. All returns must have prior approval. Any product returned to Fluidmaster without approval will be returned to sender, a customer must have prior approval to return a purchased product to Fluidmaster.

Customers must send the items along with the original proof of purchase to qualify for a return. Customers who qualify will receive 100% of their original purchase amount back to the original payment method used (no transfers).

Fluidmaster is not responsible for shipping charges incurred sending the product back to Fluidmaster, nor for lost return shipments. Fluidmaster recommends using an insured shipping method on returned goods.

How do I return a product?

Once approved for a product return, all returns must be shipped to:

E-bidet Return Policy

Fluidmaster offers a 60-day return policy on our Soft Spa Electronic Bidets.

To receive a full refund product(s) must:
  • Be returned within 60 days of shipped date.
  • Be in original packaging, new and saleable condition, and have all materials (i.e., warranty, manual, accessories, etc.)
  • Have authorization from Fluidmaster. Product returned without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be disposed of without a refund being issued.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Refunds on all sales order will be refunded through the original method of payment.

All customers are responsible for delivery charges unless Fluidmaster Soft Spa has made a mistake on the order. Returns must be shipped through United States shipping companies (insurance is recommended); Fluidmaster is not liable for damages incurred during shipping. The RMA number issued will include a return shipping address.

RMAs must be requested within 60 days of purchase and shipped within 74 days of purchase date. RMA will have return address.

In the event of physical damage during the return of your shipment, the product will not be eligible for a complete refund. All eligible returns will be at the discretion of Fluidmaster. In the case where repairs are needed, all shipping, parts, and labor will be subject to cost unless otherwise determined.
