Does Fluidmaster refund my shipping cost for returning a product?
Fluidmaster is not responsible for any shipping costs to the customer for products returned
Should I get shipping insurance when returning my products?
Fluidmaster recommends getting shipping insurance when returning products. Fluidmaster will not give any refund for products that are returned and damaged.
Can I change my shipping options after I have ordered and paid for my product?
No, once the order has been placed and the shipping terms are selected the order is set.
Returns
Do I get 100% of my refund back?
Once you have been approved for a refund, the refund will be 100% of original purchase price including original shipping costs. Fluidmaster does not pay for any shipping costs associated with returning products to Fluidmaster.
Where do I ship my returns to?
Once approved for a product return, all returns must be shipped to Fluidmaster, Inc 30800 Rancho Viejo Rd San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675
How do I return a product?
To return a product you must call or email Fluidmaster Consumer / Technical Services to get authorization first. Fluidmaster Consumer / Technical Services can be reached at techsupport@fluidmaster.com or call toll free 800-631-2011ext. (2).
Return products must be unused and returned to Fluidmaster be within the return period window.
Can I change the order after I submitted it through my account page?
Once the order is placed the terms and conditions are set, if you feel you made a mistake or need an immediate change contact Consumer / Technical Services at 800-631-2011 ext. (2) or email techsupport@fluidmaster.com
